Jane Ann Whitchurch's areas of practice include automobile liability, premises liability, products liability and workers’ compensation. She is also experienced in contractual coverage issues for self-insureds and real estate matters. She has served numerous times as arbitrator in connection with uninsured/underinsured matters. Ms. Whitchurch received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Douglass College, Rutgers University where she also earned a Spanish Language Certificate. She earned her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1995. Before entering into private practice, Ms. Whitchurch was a legal consultant to the marketing department at OppenheimerFunds, Inc. in New York City. She was a writer and editor for two law school textbooks on remedies and environmental law and co-authored a chapter on Products Liability in the Matthew Bender® legal publication Doing Business in the United States (1995.) Ms. Whitchurch is admitted to the New Jersey State and Federal Court, District of New Jersey Bar. She resides with her husband and two young children in northern New Jersey.
