Joshua Aaron Whisler joined Kurland Law Group in 2012. Mr. Whisler attended Nova Southeastern University for law school in Ft. Lauderdale and is proud to call South Florida home. During law school, Mr. Whisler was Editor-in-Chief of the prestigious International Citator and Research Guide and earned a position on the Vis International Moot Commercial Arbitration Team. He was awarded both the Shepard Broad Fellowship and the Public Service Summer Fellowship, for his volunteer work and scholastic achievements.
Mr. Whisler was also awarded a certificate in recognition of his pro bono work which totaled over 200 hours. He continues to donate his time to the community and volunteers with the Jewish Community Service Rescue & Migration Program, assisting those who need help navigating through the complex immigration process to citizenship. Mr. Whisler believes in and lives by the 'Golden Rule'; “to treat others as you, yourself would like to be treated”.
