Kayann was admitted to the Georgia bar in 2006 and began her career as an associate at Chatham & Rea, Attorneys at Law. In 2008, Kayann began working as the Staff Attorney/Director for the Appalachian Family Law Information Center, a pilot project in the State of Georgia, that offers legal services to indigents in order to assist them with divorces, child support. child custody, and other related family law matters. In January, 2010, Kayann opened her own practice. A native of Ellijay, Georgia, Kayann focuses her practice on Family Law and Real Estate matters, as well as wills, trusts, and estates. Kayann currently serves on the Gilmer County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as President of the Appalachian Bar Association, and continues her work with the Family Law Information Center.
