Luschin, Ian R.

Ms. Loving's work focuses primarily on complex litigation involving commercial disputes, personal injury and insurance coverage. Ms. Loving's prior experience includes personal injury, mass tort litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, class/collective actions including pharmaceutical and FLSA claims. She has experience in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Loving graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in History. After college, she returned home to Houston to attend law school at South Texas College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2005. While in law school, Catherine had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable Jennifer Walker Elrod.

Ms. Loving was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2006. Additionally, Ms. Loving is admitted in the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
