Robin Wertkin has spent nearly thirty years representing persons injured through the negligence of others. Over that time, he has brought numerous cases to conclusion by jury trial and resolved many more by settlement. It is his belief that it is the thoroughly prepared case that can be resolved most effectively and beneficially for his client, whether that be by settlement or by trial. Upon completion of law School in 1981, Robin spent a year as a law clerk for a Western Pennsylvania Common Pleas Court Judge. He thereafter practiced for eighteen years with a well-established Pittsburgh personal injury law firm before opening a solo practice. In 2008, he joined the law firm of Ainsman, Levine & Drexler. Robin believes that his experience, coupled with the resources and support the law firm provides, have allowed and will continue to allow him to provide the best representation possible for his clients.
