WILLIAM E. WENDING, Jr. was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 1983. A native of Kendallville, Indiana, Mr. Wendling obtained a B.S. from Texas A & I University in 1973, and his law degree from Indiana University in 1983. He is one of four attorneys in the firm recognized by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory with its highest rating. Before joining the firm, Mr. Wendling served as a law clerk to the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and practiced law in Indianapolis. Additionally, he was appointed to serve as a member of the Indiana Employment Relations Board by the Governor of the State of Indiana and has served in that capacity for 15 years. Mr. Wendling's practice is concentrated in litigation, including both civil and criminal matters, and he is a registered mediator in domestic and civil matters. In addition, he practices land use law and previously served as the attorney for the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.
Over his 26 years with the firm Mr. Wendling has been selected to serve as local counsel in numerous high profile complex litigation cases.
