H. SCOTT LOWRY, JR. was born in Richmond, Virginia. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2007. Mr. Lowry earned his B.A. degree with honors from the University of Virginia in 2004. He then earned his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2007. While attending the University of Georgia School of Law, Mr. Lowry served as a member of the Georgia Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Western Circuit Bar Association, and his practice areas include Corporate Law, Business and Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
