Ms. Werfel-Martineau is a member of our Matrimonial and Family Law and Commercial Transactions practice groups.

Ellen represents clients in all aspects of matrimonial law including divorce, custody, support, family offense proceedings, negotiations, modification proceedings and appeals. Ellen attentively and thoughtfully guides her clients through the legal and emotional complexities involved in family law disputes. She also provides comprehensive representation to clients in all aspects of commercial disputes and general corporate and commercial transactions. She is an Arbitrator on the Commercial Panel with the American Arbitration Association.

Prior to joining The Kitson Law Firm, LLP, Ellen practiced at Stein Riso Mantel, LLP specializing in commercial transactions, construction litigation, corporate reorganizations, tax and matrimonial law. Prior thereto she was a Senior Supervisory Attorney with the law firm of Kurtzman Haspel & Stein.
