DAVID K. WELCH is an associate with the law firm of Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed & Welch and works primarily in the Shreveport office. Mr. Welch graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Bio Chemistry in 2003, then received his Master’s degree in Physiology from the LSUHSC School of Graduate Studies and received his Juris Doctor and Diploma in Civil Law degree from Loyola College of Law in 2012. Mr. Welch's practice is primarily in the area of Consumer Bankruptcy. Mr. Welch was admitted to practice in Louisiana in 2012 and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
