Andrew D. Welker is an Associate at Guilfoil Petzall & Shoemake. Mr. Welker's practice is focused on complex business and commercial litigation; contract disputes; class action litigation; insurance litigation; breach of fiduciary duty claims; negligence; fraud; personal injury; and property damage.

During law school, Mr. Welker was an intern for the enforcement department of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Washington, D.C. and a judicial extern for the Honorable Donald G. Wilkerson of the Southern District of Illinois and the Honorable Michael J. Burke of the Illinois Appellate Court, Second District.

While obtaining his degree from the University of Missouri, Mr. Welker was a member of University of Missouri Men’s Track and Field Team.
