Lowendick, H. Durance

Allison was born in Belleville, Illinois, and joined the firm in August of 2009.

Allison's experience covers trial practice and complex commercial litigation. Allison began her legal career in the Madison County State's Attorney's Office, as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Child Support Division and Misdemeanor Divisions. Since then Allison's practice areas include civil litigation, real estate transactions, real estate litigation, collections, landlord tenant, estate administration, estate litigation, and estate planning.

Allison graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2002 and earned her law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2005. Allison is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and is admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.

Allison and her family live in Jerseyville, Illinois.
