Allan J. Weiss is an associate in our Corporate and Real Estate Departments. Mr. Weiss joined the firm in 1998, where his practice primarily focuses on business and financing transactions, commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, debt financings and general corporate matters.

Mr. Weiss received his JD in 1997 from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his BS in 1995 from John Hopkins University.
