Ann Weinzimmer has a general corporate and transactional practice, concentrated in the area of mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies. Ann also has experience representing private equity funds in leveraged buyout transactions.

Ann is also very active in the community and currently serves on the board of directors of West Side Ecumenical Ministry and Hands On Northeast Ohio and serves as chair for the WSEM Junior Advisory Board. In addition, she provides pro bono legal representation to several area charitable and nonprofit organizations.
