I grew up in the small town of Clarksburg in the Sacramento Delta and now I live in Sacramento, California. Who I am and how I will work for you are derived from a strong family, country work ethic and desire to help others.  I received my Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Agricultural Business from Fresno State University, Teaching Credential from the University of California at Davis, and Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento.  Since 2007, I have been an Adjunct Professor at American River College teaching Business Law, Law & Society, and Small Business Management.  I am an English and Spanish speaking attorney.

Estate Planning/Trust Administration:  I will take the time to know and understand your goals, objectives, and wishes.  The will, trust, durable power of attorney, and advance health care directive are serious legal documents that uses legal language that are difficult to understand; however I will make them understandable to you.  I assure you that your documents will clearly state your intent.  And after the passing of a person, when it is already a difficult time for family and friends, I will help lessen the stress involved with the administration of the estate.

Personal Injury—Automobile Accidents: I cannot and will not guarantee you a particular outcome on your case. Until the facts are known, it is impossible to assure you anything.  But, when the facts become known, I will keep you informed on how they affect your case.  Because your concern will be to recover from your injuries, I will be taking all calls from the insurance company, collecting medical records and bills, and determining what investigation is needed to support your case.  These types of cases take time, so I will keep you informed on the progress.  I can guarantee you professional quality work and the upmost advocacy on your behalf. Insurance companies want to give you the least possible settlement, however I will fight to get you the most that you deserve.
