Lopez, E. John

Ms. Loehr represents corporations in contract disputes, property damage actions and general commercial litigation. She has extensive experience in insurance defense and insurance coverage matters. She has tried a variety of cases from business matters to personal injury and maritime actions.

Ms. Loehr has defended corporate and individual property owners against claims, including wrongful death and personal injury. In addition, Ms. Loehr has effectively protected insurers and self-insured companies from non-covered claims for pre-tender defense costs, wrongful death damages, and property damages.

Ms. Loehr has published articles discussing the statutory employment defense, the independent contractor defense, and animal liability in Missouri. Ms. Loehr also makes presentations to industrial specialists on a variety of topics, including uninsured/underinsured coverages, the Missouri value policy statute, and personal injury defense.

Ms. Loehr is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Missouri and Illinois and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Northern District of Indiana.
