Dr. Steven Weiner is unique among New York City Injury Attorneys because he is both a medical doctor and a lawyer. Dr. Weiner was a hospital based physician before he decided to attend law school. After graduating from law school he began the full time practice of law at a large corporate law firm – Stroock & Stroock & Lavan. Dr. Weiner was not satisfied working for corporate clients. He wanted to help individuals and joined his partner, Marc Reibman, in the practice of personal injury law and civil rights law. Dr. Weiner uses his medical background to help people who have been injured in many circumstances or have been the victims of medical malpractice or hospital negligence.
