Andrew Weiner is a partner at Dickstein Shapiro and serves as the national co-leader of the firm's Insurance Coverage Initiatives. He also serves as co-leader of the firm's Fidelity/Crime Insurance Initiative. Based out of the firm's Washington, DC office, Mr. Weiner focuses primarily on representing corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes.
Mr. Weiner has experience with civil actions, arbitrations and negotiations encompassing a wide variety of insurance coverage issues, including aviation liability, professional liability, directors and officers liability, business interruption, first-party property damage, fidelity/employee dishonesty, environmental liabilities, asbestos bodily injury, pharmaceutical and other products liability, employment liability, and advertising injury. In connection with his representation of policyholders, he has participated in all phases of litigation, including serving as trial counsel. Mr. Weiner also advises clients on insurance policy audits in connection with corporate transactions and policy renewals.
