Long, Jane P.

Randall Weinsten is an associate in the Regulatory and Government Affairs Department, and a member of the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2010.

Past Experience

After graduating law school, Mr. Weinsten interned with Blue Ridge Legal Services in Lexington, Va., where he negotiated agreements and drafted documents on behalf of low-income clients as well as counseled clients regarding garnishment and debtors’ rights. Prior to beginning his legal studies, Mr. Weinsten served as a Coro Fellow in Local Democracy. In this role, he researched issues of participatory democracy and democratic modeling.
