Cass S. Weil has over 30 years of experience in debtor/creditor law, including bankruptcy, finance, and creditors' rights.  Mr. Weil has been recognized as one of Minnesota 's leading lawyers in a recent survey by the American Research Corporation.  He is listed in Minnesota Super Lawyers and in Who's Who in American Law and is the only Minnesota lawyer to be certified in both Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification.

Mr. Weil also has extensive experience in the area of fraud, both in and out of bankruptcy, and continues to provide creative, aggressive, and ethical solutions to his clients' legal challenges.

Mr. Weil served as Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Bankruptcy Section and edited the Minnesota Legal Forms' Bankruptcy Manual from 1983 to 1995.  He also served on the Hennepin County Bar Association District Ethics Committee from 1993-2005.  He was Co-Chair of the Hennepin County Bar Association Debtor-Creditor Law Section for 2006-2007.  He is currently a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Professionalism and Rules of Professional Conduct Committees.
