Mr. Logsdon's practice encompasses a range of civil litigation matters, with particular concentration in the areas of creditor's rights, lien priority issues, title insurance defense, debt workouts, collection and foreclosure litigation, and real estate litigation. He often represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, including automatic stay matters, preference litigation, mortgage avoidance and lien avoidance actions, 546(c) claims, and other litigation and negotiation matters. Mr. Logsdon's civil practice ranges from pursuit and defense of injury, wrongful death, and employment claims to commercial and contract cases, in which he represents individuals, companies, and governmental entities.
Mr. Logsdon frequently appears in state and federal courts on behalf of his clients. He gained trial experience before numerous Colorado courts and juries from 1992 to 1999, including oral argument before the Colorado Court of Appeals. Mr. Logsdon continues to try cases before judges, juries, and arbitrators, and has argued before the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Sixth Circuit.
