Daniel Litt joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1990 and leads the firm's Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice. Mr. Litt has been a bankruptcy practitioner since 1979. In addition, he has represented numerous clients in complex commercial litigation for more than 29 years. He represents diverse clients (creditors, debtors, trustees, creditors' committees, and equity holders) in bankruptcy courts throughout the United States. Over the last 29 years in private practice, he has participated in hundreds of bankruptcy cases involving retail and manufacturing businesses, commercial real estate, airlines, government contracting, technology-related businesses, radio, television, telecommunications businesses, satellite companies, financial institutions, real estate contractors, and many other commercial businesses.
