Prior to joining Spencer Law Firm LLC in September 2011, she was an estates attorney with Wusinich, Brogan & Stanzione for ten years and a paralegal for six years. Earlier in her career she worked as a Claims Adjuster for Allstate Insurance.

Community involvement is important to Ms. Weber. Her leadership roles in the past twelve years include serving as a board member for the Downingtown Library Company and the (DLSC) Downingtown Senior Center & Library Board
