Paul Linn is a past chairperson of Michael Best's Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Linn's practice is largely focused on solving clients' high-value, non-routine problems through litigation and other means. He has substantial experience in both state and federal court handling a broad range of matters in substantive areas including banking, commercial torts, contracts, copyright, corporate, customs, director and officers' liability, false advertising, lender liability, partnerships, patent infringement, professional malpractice, racketeering, real estate, securities, Sarbanes-Oxley, trademark, trade secrets, trusts, valuation, and the like. Mr. Linn is regularly retained by large corporate clients to handle significant cases, to advise boards of directors and audit committees, and to conduct independent investigations of alleged corporate wrongdoing.
