Livesay, Christin Goolsby

Ronnie Lin is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Investigations and Criminal Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2007.

Practice

Mr. Lin’s practice focuses on government and internal investigations, white collar criminal matters and commercial litigation. Mr. Lin has experience with internal investigations involving a wide range of issues, including allegations of fraud and embezzlement, accounting irregularities, employee misconduct and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations. In FCPA matters, Mr. Lin has conducted investigations involving conduct in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lin served as an intern with the San Francisco Public Defender's Office.
