Mr. Lim is one of the most experienced attorneys with the firm, having joined the firm in 1988. He specializes in mass torts, complex and multidistrict litigation, federal practice and products liability, and focuses on legal research, pleadings, motion practice and appeals. He is adept at resolving sophisticated legal/mathematical issues including calculations of future and present time value damages and structured settlement payouts, Worker's Compensation liens and reductions, and intricate damage calculations pursuant to Articles 50-A and 50-B of the New York Civil Practice Law and Rules.
