Mr. Lipinski has spent the majority of his professional life representing individuals who have had the misfortune of being accused of criminal conduct. He has strived to provide a high level of competent ethical representation. He has represented the accused for over 30 years.
Mr. Lipinski was born in Chicago, IL and graduated from Lakeland High School in Lakeland, FL. After high school, he attended the University of Florida for undergraduate school and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1973. Mr. Lipinski then went on to receive his law degree from the University of Florida in 1976. He was admitted to practice law in 1977.
After law school, Mr. Lipinski practiced law with several prominent attorneys in the Sarasota/Bradenton area including Henry Trawick, Larry Byrd, and Jerome Pratt. He gained invaluable criminal experience through that employment. Additionally, he had a partnership in Palmetto for six years.
Mr. Lipinski opened his own law firm in Bradenton, FL in 1990. Since that time, he has zealously represented thousands of people from simple traffic crimes to First Degree Murder. He has also represented hundreds of clients in marital and personal injury matters. He has practiced at both the State and Federal level and has conducted hundreds of trials. Additionally, he became Board Certified in Criminal Law in 1991, which is the highest level of recognition granted by The Florida Bar in criminal law.
Mr. Lipinski is a member of the Manatee County Bar Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has served as the President, Vice-President, and Secretary of the Criminal section of the Academy of Criminal Trial Lawyers. Additionally, he is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida as well as the United States Supreme Court.
