Attorney Bryan Warrick works with Baron and Budd clients in negotiating the settlement process.
Since he joined the settlement group, Warrick has assisted Baron and Budd clients in obtaining compensation through asbestos settlements, verdicts and trusts. Prior to that, he spent a year with Baron and Budd’s asbestos bankruptcy team where he helped asbestos exposure victims in Louisiana receive damages from bankrupt companies.
Since joining the firm, Warrick has been an instrumental member of the team that investigates the origins of clients’ asbestos exposure and interviews plaintiffs for bankruptcy submissions.
Warrick graduated in 2008 from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. As a law student, he performed summer volunteer work for the Dallas County District Attorney’s office. He gained experience working on the defense team in preparing murder and sexual assault cases for the DA’s family violence division. Warrick later was a student attorney for the SMU Civil Clinic where he represented low-income clients in civil matters.
Warrick earned bachelor's degrees in business and political science from SMU in 2005 where he was part of the university’s honors program.
