Lifshin, Sydnee Rebecca

Mr. Levites has practiced corporate and securities law for more than fifteen years. He brings to the Firm extensive experience in counseling both public and private companies, including foreign private issuers, in all aspects of US securities law and in general corporate matters. He has worked with numerous public companies on Securities and Exchange Commission reporting compliance and securities registrations, and with many private companies on private placements and various start-up issues.
Additionally, Mr. Levites has extensive experience in the regulation of registered investment advisers and special purpose broker-dealers.

Mr. Levites graduated from New York Law School, cum laude, in 1987 and received his B.A from Boston University in 1979. He also holds a Masters in Finance from the Hebrew University in Israel.

Mr. Levites is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts.
