Pamela Levinson is a counsel in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Investigations and Criminal Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2004.
Practice
Ms. Levinson has successfully litigated a wide variety of complex commercial matters, including intellectual property claims, contract disputes, antitrust actions, class-action litigation, securities and corporate governance disputes and real estate, insurance and construction litigation. She has also worked extensively on criminal and civil investigations. Her practice includes issues of e-discovery, specifically, management of document collection, review and production.
During law school, Ms. Levinson was the recipient of numerous book awards, was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and graduated first in her class. She was elected into the Order of the Coif and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Adalberto Jordan of the US District Court of the Southern District of Florida.
Before her legal career, Ms. Levinson was the Vice President of Production and Acquisitions at Goldcrest Films and Televisions, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.
