Practice

Mr. Wang’s practice focuses on intellectual property and patent litigation. He has represented clients in patent infringement actions, involving biogeneric filgrastim, recombinant erythropoietin, Internet service software and computer-based configuration, pricing and order management systems. Additionally, Mr. Wang has represented clients in trademark and licensing disputes involving compliance software technology.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Wang was an associate at Howrey LLP, where he focused on patent litigation. Before practicing at Howrey, Mr. Wang was an associate at Day Casebeer Madrid & Batchelder LLP. Before law school, Mr. Wang worked as a software engineer at EZLoandocs.com. While at the University of California Los Angeles, Mr. Wang served as a software engineer intern at CitiCorp Developmental Center and a technical marketing engineer intern for Intel Corporation in the mobile platforms group.
