Donna Levinsohn has practiced complex commercial litigation for the last 30 years, representing corporations (including banks and financial institutions), partnerships, and individuals in a wide variety of matters before courts and in arbitration, including business disputes involving general contract issues, fraud and fraudulent conveyances, secured transactions, defamation, corporate and partnership dissolutions, and real estate litigation, as well as employment litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving claims under Title VII, the ADEA, and the New York State and New York City Human Rights Laws.
