Mr. Levine has been practicing law since 1996. He possesses extensive trial experience in both civil and criminal matters. Prior to forming Scott A. Levine, P.A., Mr. Levine had the pleasure of serving as an attorney with some of this region's most prestigious and respected law firms, including Michaud, Metalmark, and Antanocci, P.A. in Boca Raton and Feldman Gale in Miami. Mr. Levine also served as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, Florida, where he tried over forty-five jury trials as lead counsel. As an Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Levine handled cases ranting from armed robberies, drug trafficking cases, sexual batteries, and misdemeanor cases such as DUIs. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1996, in the top eight percent of his class. While in law school, Mr. Levine served as the Technical Editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law, and his academic accomplishments earned him both a scholarship and listing in Who's who Among American Law Students 1995 ed. Mr. Levine is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Florida and the Federal District Court of the Southern District of Florida.
