Mr. Walsh serves as Partner in Charge of Lathrop & Gage’s St. Louis office. His practice is concentrated on trials in a broad range of commercial litigation including intellectual property, ERISA, construction and securities arbitration. Mr. Walsh also has experience in products liability litigation includes representation of both insured and self-insured clients in federal and state courts. He has handled cases involving safety products, furniture, dump trucks, automobile repairs, railroad cars, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, HVAC controls, valves, and acetylene torches. His experience includes defense of a wide variety of types of injuries and all theories of liability. Mr. Walsh's commercial litigation practice covers a wide range of disputes arising out of the financial and business relationships between individuals and entities. His practice has included significant experience with financial institutions and the health care industry. In the intellectual property area Mr. Walsh has handled cases involving patents, trademarks, trade dress, and copyrights. Mr. Walsh has represented the full spectrum of entities involved in the ERISA regulatory scheme.
