A. KIP WALL is an associate with the Law firm of Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed Welch. Mr. Wall graduated from
Northwestern State University in 1979, and went on to receive his Masters Degree from
Northeast Louisiana University
in Education Administration in 1983. He obtained his Juris Doctor from
Loyola Law School
in 1991. Mr. Wall has served as Chief Deputy Commissioner of the Louisiana Department of Insurance and as the Chief Executive Officer of the Louisiana Office of Group Benefits. His practice is primarily focused on Consumer Bankruptcy Law, representing debtors.
