Mr. Walsh is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department. His practice is primarily devoted to representing insurance companies in complex insurance coverage litigation and providing claim advice for claims involving environmental liabilities, asbestos, silica, toxic tort, construction defects and products liability.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Mr. Walsh was a partner with a New York City law firm where he and his associates were national coordinating counsel and regional counsel for primary and excess insurers handling insurance coverage litigation throughout the country. Mr. Walsh has represented clients in litigation in more than fifteen states.
Mr. Walsh received his B.A. in 1981 from Rutgers College. He received his J.D., cum laude, in 1984 from Seton Hall University Law School, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey and admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Walsh has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system.
