HEATH R. WALKER For the past 8 years at Jantzen & Associates, P.C., Mr. Walker has experienced significant trial success in matters such as commercial litigation, insurance defense, real estate litigation, premises liability, and product liability in the District and Superior Courts and Arbitration forums. He has also drafted and successfully argued appeals before the Appellate Division and Massachusetts Appeals Court. Separately, Mr. Walker has developed a thriving residential real estate closing practice which the Firm supplements with its litigation acumen. Mr. Walker is a 1996 graduate of the University of Connecticut where he was a three year letter winner for the UCONN football team. Upon graduation, he then worked for CGU Insurance Co. (now OneBeacon) for three years as an claims representative, handling commercial and property loss claims before graduating from Suffolk University Law School, where he was a semi-finalist in the Walter H. McLaughlin Oral Advocacy Competition.
