Sara Leitenberger concentrates her practice on labor and employment law. She dedicates her time to representing and counseling employers in discrimination matters regarding Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and various state laws. She also has experience handling litigation and counseling matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Employee Retirement Income Security Act. She has represented clients in front of state and federal administrative agencies and courts as well as in arbitrations and mediations.
