Kenina Lee is an associate in the Washington office working in the firm’s antitrust group. Ms. Lee’s practice is focused on merger analysis, antitrust counseling and antitrust litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lee worked in both the Anticompetitive Practices and Mergers I division at the Federal Trade Commission as a legal extern and law clerk. At the FTC, Ms. Lee aided in pre-merger investigations in the pharmaceutical and medical data-analytics industries. She also worked on market definition issues in high-tech markets.
Ms. Lee received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2012. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and Chinese at Georgetown University.
