Elaine has broad experience in business litigation and legal counseling, allowing her to bring practical, effective solutions to her clients. She has represented a wide range of small and mid-sized businesses, owners and individuals -- including auto dealers, real estate investors and managers, financial services firms, trustees, and luxury and estate homeowners -- in matters including business formation, compliance, employee and union relations, customer complaints and suits, insurance claims, IRS actions and contract disputes. She has appeared in several state courts, Federal courts in Illinois and Florida and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and has argued before the Minnesota Appellate Court. She has also represented clients in arbitrations and mediations with the American Arbitration Association.

Elaine is an active Member and Program Chair of the Rotary Club of Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates, a home gardener and sewist and a proud wife and mother.
