Michael R. Vitale practices in the areas of Commercial Transactions, Elder Law, Estate Planning and Matrimonial Law.

Mr. Vitale received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2012 where he was an affiliate of the Justice Action Center. He also served as a Teaching Assistant in Contract Law and performed research and editing for New York Law School’s Explaining Law to the Public publication. Mr. Vitale received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Staten Island in Sociology and Anthropology.

Mr. Vitale is licensed to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of New Jersey. His professional affiliations include membership in the New York State, Richmond County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.

Prior to joining Angiuli & Gentile LLP, Mr. Vitale spent a year working as a Legal Intern for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in the Gangs Bureau. He was also employed as a Summer Associate for in-house counsel at Coach, Inc. and served as a Law Clerk for a New York Supreme Court matrimonial judge.
