Anna Lee is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2006.
Practice
Ms. Lee’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. She has represented clients in a wide variety of industries including semiconductors, telecommunications and Internet. Ms. Lee’s patent litigation experience has included cases in federal district courts and the International Trade Commission.
While in law school, Ms. Lee served as an honors legal intern with the Department of Defense in the Personnel and Health Policy section of the Office of the General Counsel, where she researched and wrote memoranda on armed forces health policies and assisted in drafting military policy directives for the deputy general counsel in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. She also represented Boalt Hall in the 2005 Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Moot Court Competition in intellectual property. In addition, Ms. Lee externed with the Honorable Charles R. Breyer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Prior to her legal studies, Ms. Lee was an Executive Fellow in the Office of the California Attorney General, where she drafted legislation and assisted the special assistant attorney general in formulating policy objectives.
