Tom focuses his practice on business law, including business entity selection and formation; contract law; business sales and purchases.  

Tom’s business practice ranges from negotiating, preparing all appropriate documents and completing the purchase and sale of various businesses to providing guidance to clients on matters involving business governance, commercial dealings, regulatory issues, and business relationships.  Tom's clients include privately-held companies, family-owned businesses, and entrepreneurs and investors. Tom seeks to develop close business relationships with his clients enabling him to anticipate problems, offer advice, and help avert troubling problems ahead.

Tom seeks to coordinate with other members of his firm to provide a broad range of legal services to business clients. The firm's business lawyers are also involved in other practice areas such as Litigation, Commercial Law, Construction Law, Real Estate Law, and Trust & Estates.

Tom also has experience in civil litigation, including the defense of general liability, trucking and transportation liability, and business premises liability and its various subtypes (sidewalk defects, ice/snow, spilled substances, employee negligence, etc.).

Tom is a member of the Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, and Keystone Bar Associations.  Tom is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.  Tom is also admitted to practice before the Federal Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Tom currently serves as Treasurer of the Keystone Bar Association.
