Scott joined Daniels, Fine, Israel, Schonbuch & Lebovits, LLP in 1991 and became a partner of the firm on November 1, 1999. Scott's practice focuses upon resolution of cases via negotiation and trial. He specializes in civil defense litigation with a wide range of injuries, including catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Scott's current caseload involves liability arising out of automobile accidents, premises liability, security personnel, products liability and contracts. Scott has also handled matters involving construction defect, SIU/Fraud claims, public entity liability, and the entertainment industry.

Scott has presented a series of lectures with national insurance carriers regarding claims handling, mediation and arbitration.

Interests:
Skiing, basketball and scuba diving. Scott is also a member of The Zoological Society of San Diego, The Humane Society and The Sierra Club.
