Joseph Venditti III received his undergraduate degree from DePaul University in 2008 with a B.S. in History. Mr. Venditti went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law where he was a student contributor and student editor for the Journal of Legal Medicine and the Legal Medical Perspectives, in which Mr. Venditti was published five times. During the course of law school, Mr. Venditti interned for the Cook County Public Defender's Office and after obtaining a special license to practice while a law student from the Illinois Supreme Court he spent 5 months at the Cook County State’s Attorneys Office in Chicago, Illinois, where he gained first hand experience prosecuting various misdemeanor criminal matters including DUIs, driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license, and speeding. Following his experience with the Cook County State’s Attorneys Office, Mr. Venditti immediately took the knowledge he had gained through his internship and applied it to defend people who have been accused of crimes. Mr. Venditti is barred in the State of Illinois and the Federal Northern District of Illinois and is a member of various bar associations and professional organizations including:
