Leachman, Jonathan A.

Misty Velasques is the firm’s newest general civil attorney focusing on employment law and family law. Ms. Velasques joined the firm in 2007 before leaving in 2008 to attend law school. She returned after completion of law school and is a licensed attorney in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Ms. Velasques holds a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in law school, Ms. Velasques worked for a general practice law firm in Lansing, MI, focusing on collections work. Ms. Velasques was also a member of the law school's Mock Trial Board and Disaster Relief Legal Association. She holds a B.A. in English from La Salle University, and is a graduate of the 2007 class.
