Nick Lavery is a native of Greenville, South Carolina who graduated from Furman University. After graduating from Furman, he worked for the 13th judicial Circuit Solicitor's Office in Greenville. He graduated from Mississippi College School of Law. After graduating from law school in 1998, he worked for the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office in Boston, Massachusetts before joining the 10th Judicial Circuit Solicitor's Office for Anderson and Oconee Counties in South Carolina in 1999. He joined Smith, Jordan, Lavery & Lee, P.A. in 2002. He lives in Greenville and practices primarily in the areas of Personal Injury, Real Estate, Social Security Disability, Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation.
