Cindy Lapoff has a wide range of experience in labor and employment litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has conducted many labor arbitrations and represents clients at the EEOC, Division of Human Rights, Department of Labor, and National Labor Relations Board. Ms. Lapoff has extensive litigation experience in cases involving individual plaintiffs as well as class actions. She has represented clients in Federal and State courts throughout the State of New York and in Federal courts in Minnesota. Texas, Tennessee, and California.
