Christopher was born in Whittier, California and graduated from Regina Apostolorum Pontifical University (Rome, Italy) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. During his undergraduate studies, Christopher lived in Monterey, Mexico for a year and is fluent in Spanish. Christopher earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. During law school, Christopher worked as a law clerk for Chapter 7 Trustee Rosendo Gonzalez in Los Angeles. Additionally, during his final year of law school, Christopher worked as an extern for the Honorable Richard Neiter, Los Angeles Bankruptcy Judge.
Prior to joining Simon Resnik Hayes LLP, Christopher was an associate at the law firm of Cooksey, Toolen, Gage, Duffy & Woog A.P.C. in Costa Mesa, California. Christopher has worked with Simon Resnik Hayes in an of-counsel capacity since 2011. Christopher’s bankruptcy experience has included representing consumer and corporate debtors, creditors, and trustees in both litigation and transactional forums. In addition to his bankruptcy expertise, Christopher represents clients in the formation of corporate entities, corporate compliance, estate planning, as well as other general civil litigation matters.
Christopher is admitted to practice law before the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Federal District Courts of California and is member of the State Bar of California. Additionally, Christopher is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
