Lasky, Monica B.

Michael Vagnucci is a counsel in the firm's Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2005.

Practice

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vagnucci worked at another major law firm in New York, where he focused on complex commercial litigation, including securities, antitrust and consumer protection disputes, as well as securities enforcement matters. He also represented pro bono clients in criminal appeal, Protection from Abuse order and special education.

Before pursuing his law career, Mr. Vagnucci worked as a lobbyist and legislative analyst for a Washington, DC lobbying firm, a legislative assistant for a California congressman, and a staff assistant for the House Armed Services Committee.
