Mr. Valdez has been practicing law since 2004 and joined the Langley Law Firm as an associate in 2012. Mr. Valdez graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Creighton University School of Law.
Mr. Valdez has represented a distinct list of insurance companies including two of Phoenix's largest self-insured transportation providers. He is an experienced litigator with over ten (10) trials to verdict, including four (4) jury trials in the Superior Court of Arizona. He has also litigated employment law matters in the District Court of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
His areas of practice include coverage disputes, auto accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, fire losses, business disputes, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, sexual and age discrimination, and trademark litigation.
Mr. Valdez is a member of Arizona State and Scottsdale Bar Associations as well as the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel.
